One of our projects was a fabulous custom kitchen for 1890s Bowieville Mansion which underwent substantial renovation back in 2005. While designing this kitchen, we tried to recreate  the look  and quality of the cabinets built in earlier times by using inset raised panel doors and appropriate moldings. We applied edge-and-center bead boards also known as "bead board" on backs of the cabinets with glass doors. In this kitchen we incorporated our own signature features like beaded round "corner" and bracket feet.

Recently we have  furnished historic Georgetown restaurant known as Kitty Knight House with a service bar. We used mahogany for the cabinets and the counter top. The front panel of the bar  follows a curve; with Chicago bar rail on top. The back cabinets equipped with glass shelves and two wine racks. When you there for a visit, do not forget to check it out!

Another project that we need to say about was a custom kitchen that was built out of long-leaf yellow pine, commonly called heart pine. This wood has been used extensively as flooring and moldings throughout 19th century. The kitchen cabinets have beaded face frames and bracket feet. The doors are inset raised panels, and glass doors have restoration glass.  Appliance's  fronts covered with custom panels. Fluted styles accented on the tall cabinets.

Browse through this gallery, and maybe you will find something that you will love to see in your new kitchen. Your cabinets can have hand-carved decorations and details such as metal brackets, curved doors, antique restoration glass, and more.
