How do we start? There are few ways that we can work together:
Option #1: We will define the project using your measurements. We will create an initial design and send it to you in PDF format. When you accept the design, we will prepare an estimate. Keep in mind that there are always options available if the original cost is out of your budget. You may select different materials; make adjustments to a design and etc. Upon agreement on the price we will come to your house to take the field measurements.
Option #2: We will come to your house to take all the measurements and pictures and discuss your options. Later we will come back to you via e-mail with a design and an estimate.
Option #3: Make an appointment by calling (410)778-9000; begin your project with an initial visit to our shop. Walk-ins welcome!

How soon can you give me an estimate? After we have all the information, you will receive it back within 1 to 2 days.

I want to visit your shop. Do I need to make an appointment? You are welcome to walk-in anytime during working hours, but occasionally we are away from the shop installing a project. It is better if you call prior your visit.

I would like to see a project, similar to what I want, that already has been installed. Is it possible? Yes, we will walk you through you a local project or will arrange with homeowner near you whom we worked for.

Do you use "green" materials in construction of your cabinets? We work with sustainable materials and low VOC finishing products.

I want to buy the materials myself. Before you do- be sure to talk to us first. We will give you a list of what you need to buy.

We want to paint our cabinets ourselves. We provide unfinished cabinets.

What is a lead time for an average project? 2-6 weeks.

My cabinets are done, but I am not ready for them to be installed. We can store cabinets in our shop for up to 60 days, free of charge.

Do you offer refacing? No.

We are looking for Ready- To- Assemble cabinets (RTA), the kind, that store like IKEA sells? Sorry, we are not set up for it. Our cabinets will arrive to your house already assembled. Besides, our custom cabinets are by far superior to what IKEA offer.
